WASHINGTON
The 6th of April we will have a special visit in our Ikastola. Students from Bishop McNamara High school will come from Washington to stay with us until the 15th of April. The target of the exchange is to practise English (our students) and Spanish (theirs) and, at the same time, make friends and know another culture.
The first two days, USA students will get into different classrooms to interact with our students and make things together. The following days, at Easter holidays, they will be able to visit different places from the Basque Country as well as live together with our families.
We hope their visit will be enriching for all of us and we will receive them as good as we can.

I hope we will have good weather. I am so excited and I can not wait to have you here!
How is going the snow storm you have in Washington?
My best for all.
The snow is still on the ground, especially towards the south as that was the direction of the storm (south to north)...it is bitterly cold but by tomorrow (Thurs.) things will begin to warm up. By the weekend we should have spring-like temperatures around 70 degrees F.
We were out of school on Monday and went into school 2 hours late on Tuesday. Today all is normal and the roads are in pretty good condition. Sunny and COLD!!!
